Toyota Aygo - front-wheel drive hatchback class «A», practically identical to the Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107. Restyled version of the model's debut at the motor show was held in Brussels in January 2012.
The main differences of the updated version of the Aygo dorestaylingovoy clearly visible to the naked eye. The car has a new front bumper and revised several false radiator grille, borrowed from Toyota Yaris. In addition, the hatchback got strips of LED lights, new wheels and a few additional options for paint finishes. The interior designers also used other colors, slightly modernized, while the steering wheel and gear lever.
Already "in the database" Toyota Aygo is equipped with power steering, a bunch of ABS EBD, two front airbags, radio with CD-player, and the ability to connect an external MP3-device and so on. For additional fee car can be significantly enhanced.
Under the hood is set Aygo three cylinder gasoline engine working volume of 1 liter. It outputs 68 "horses" of power and 93 Nm of torque at 3600 r/min, allowing the hatchback to accelerate to 100 km/h in 19.9 seconds. Top speed is 157 km/h, while fuel consumption on the combined cycle - 4.6 liters per 100 kilometers. Operate the power unit can be paired with a 5-speed manual transmission or a five-band "automatic".
Aygo produced in a joint venture TPCA (Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile) in the Czech Republic. According to the results of crash tests Euro NCAP vehicle received four out of five stars for safety.
